How to Pay & Park:
1.     Park your vehicle in one of the metered spaces.
Make sure to remember your license plate number
You will need it.
2.     Locate any Parking Meter.  Look for the symbol:
3.     Enter your license plate number. 
4.     Select the amount of parking time required.
5.     Chose the method of payment – credit card or coins.  Visa, Mastercard  and American Express
Keep your receipt with you in the event you wish to extend your time.  You are not required to display the receipt on your vehicle dash.
6.     Collect your receipt and you are on your way!

·         Make payment
·         Go to Parkmobile to add time
Disabled Individuals
A disabled person who possesses a disabled placard, disabled license plate or permit may park in any disabled space, metered parking space or time zone for FREE for 4 hours.  Please remember that the disabled placard, permit or plate must be properly displayed. No parking in any Beach Decal space without a Beach Decal.

Pull into a Parkmobile space.  Just look for the green Parkmobile sign with the cell phone logo.

2.  Phone/Scan/Tap

Call us or use our mobile app to enter, scan, or enable NFC to activate your parking session and space number.

3.  Go

Confirm payment.  We will email or text you about 15 minutes before your parking session expires.



Downtown Parking

Timed zones exist in downtown Lake Worth from 4 hours to 15 minutes. Just choose your parking space and adhere to the time limit on the sign.

Timed zones are enforced by Parking Enforcement regularly.

Parking at the Bryant Park Boat Ramp is $10.00 per day. Meters accept coins pay by Parkmobile for more information see below.

Beach Parking Decal Program

The City of Lake Worth Florida will begin selling Beach Decals for Permanent and Seasonal Residents for the upcoming year on April 17.  Decals are good from May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018.  

Important Note:  Decals are only available for Lake Worth residents - zip code 33460 and a limited area in 33461.  It is possible to have a Lake Worth mailing address as assigned by the US Post Office but for your home to not be located within muncipal boundaries.

Beach Parking Decal Program | Application

The Beach Parking Decal Program was created as a benefit for residents, both permanent & seasonal, of the City of Lake Worth. There are 50 designated parking spaces at the Lake Worth Beach for decal holders. Beach Decals are valid between May 1st through April 30th of the following year - however may be purchased at anytime.

Decals may be purchased in the parking office located at the Utilities’ Customer Service Department, 414 Lake Avenue, Lake Worth, FL 33460.  Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except Thursdays when the office opens at 9:00 a.m.

Please remember to use the parking spaces designated for resident parking ONLY with your beach decal to prevent any parking citations being issued to you.  The mandatory documentation annual residents and seasonal residents must provide to prove residency every year are listed below:

Parking Citations

The Parking Division monitors parking for daily users in:

  • Downtown Lake Worth
  • Lake Worth Beach
  • Bryant Park Boat Ramp and Boat Ramp Overflow Parking
  • Old Bridge Park

Responsibilities include; providing lot and pay station maintenance, enforcement of ordinances, issuance of citations, tracking of meter revenues, and resolving citation disputes.

Vehicle Immobilization/Booting

Any vehicle with three (3) or more unpaid citations is eligible to have the vehicle immobilized/booted when parked on City of Lake Worth property, including parking lots in accordance with section 21 of the City municipal code. When this occurs the vehicle will have up to two notices placed on it with an explanation detailing the boot and how and where to pay the citations to obtain the boot release. To pay the citations, including the citation for the immobilization fee go to 414 Lake Avenue, to the Parking Office/Cashier or to Once paid keep the receipt to show the Parking Officer or Tow Operator. For a boot release after business hours call 561-533-5573 to the Tow Company who will charge a $35.00 after hours fee and do the release upon showing them the paid receipt. Vehicles illegally parked on City of Lake Worth, Florida property will be towed by Priority Towing or Steve’s Towing at the owner’s expense. To recover your vehicle you will need to contact:

You will be required to pay the tow fee(s) and any citation fees when recovering the vehicle. The City of Lake Worth, Florida assumes no responsibility for theft of or damage to any vehicle towed.

Abandoned Bicycles

City ordinance Chapter 8 of the City municipal code states any bicycle left over 48 hours is considered abandoned. Report an abandoned bicycle on City of Lake Worth, Florida public property (sidewalk, street sign, bike rack, etc.). If you know of a bicycle that has been left on a public right-of-way for more than 48 hours, please call (561) 533-7383.
