The Planning and Zoning division is responsible for development review, long range planning, regional planning, and engaging the community to develop various studies, such as neighborhood plans.    

We assist homeowners and the development community by ensuring projects are designed and developed in conformance with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations (see link above to regulations & plans).  We also serve the community by providing information and updates on the latest projects.
